REQUIRED WORK

O. R. established for the period from 60 to 240 hours and shall be served no more than 4 hours per day. Time O. R. can not exceed 4 hours, on weekends and on days when the convicted person is not busy on the basic work, service or study; on working days may not exceed 2 hours after the end of the work, service or study, and with the consent of the convict -4 hours.
In case of malicious evasion by the convict from serving O. R. are replaced: restriction of liberty; arrest; deprivation of liberty.
At the same time, during which the convicted person was serving O. R., taken into account in determining the period of restriction of freedom, arrest or imprisonment at the rate of one day of restriction of liberty, or arrest, or imprisonment for 8 hours P. O.
Malicious evasion from serving the penalty of A. R. are the following violations:
1) absence from more than two times to G. R. for a month without a valid reason;
2) violation of labor discipline more than twice a month.
In relation to convicts who deliberately evade from serving O. R., criminal executive inspection shall send to the Court an idea of replacing the O. R. other form of punishment.
G. R. not assigned to persons recognized as invalids of group I; pregnant women; women with children under the age of 3 years; servicemen who are performing military service; undergoing military service under the contract on the military posts of privates and sergeants, if at the time of sentencing the court has not served the statutory term of service for conscripts.
Punishment in the form A. R. perform criminal executive inspection of the place of residence of the convicted person at the sites determined by local authorities.
Activities carried out by convicts may be different, they are not related to the main job and the skill of the convicted person, and their implementation condemned can not refuse without good reason. O. R. must not humiliate the honor and dignity of the convicted person, or have the character of torment.

O. R. minors are appointed for a term of 40 to 160 hours, are to the performance of work, powers of the minor, and executed them in their free time or job. The duration of this type of punishment by persons under the age of 15 years can not exceed 2 hours per day, and persons aged 15 to 16 years - 3 hours per day.
