Turchaninov Alexander

Brief biography: T. graduated from the School of Law, where he graduated Sciences. In 1857, he joined the former office of the 2nd department of the 5th Department of the Senate, performing the duties of secretary. At the end of 1859 he entered the bailiff investigation cases in the city of St. Petersburg in Vyborg part, and then was transferred to the coach and the third Admiralty. In 1863 he was appointed vice-chairman of the former

St. Petersburg Criminal Chamber. On the opening day of the District Court in St. Petersburg April 17, 1866 T. was enrolled in attorneys. For 30 years, he was elected to the board members (vice-chairman and chairman of the board).

When T. meetings were opened the door and allowed public defense. T. was called for a meeting of the commission for drafting the new statute of the criminal proceedings.
