STATE FLAG OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

- is the official state symbol of the Russian Federation along with the State Emblem and the State Anthem.

GF is a rectangular panel of three equal horizontal strips: the top - white, middle - blue and bottom - red. The ratio of the width of the flag to its length is 2: 3.
