Types of violations of customs rules.

Customs regulations - this order and displacement procedure of customs control and customs clearance of goods and vehicles transported across the customs border of the Russian Federation, the collection of customs payments and their payment, of customs exemptions and the use of customs restrictions.

1. 14. Violation of the requirements and conditions of the premises to the customs warehouse, temporary storage warehouse or a free catalog, order or terms

15. Failure to submit or late submission of reports to the customs authority in cases stipulated by the customs legislation or failure to comply with established procedures relating to accounting, as well as submission of false statements.

16. The failure of the person transporting goods and means of transport provided by the customs legislation on customs actions

registration or release in temporary storage of the goods within a reasonable time.

17.
