VOTE.

G. is always carried out on the election of members of the State Duma of the Russian Federation or the President of the Russian Federation from 8 to 20 am local time on the day of elections.

The time and place G. territorial and precinct election commissions shall inform voters no later than 20 days prior to the day, through the media or otherwise, and during early H. not later than 5 days prior to the date of early H.

G. secretly held in a specially equipped cabins for secret G. voter must vote in person, one can not be present at the polling G. simultaneously with the voter. Not allowed forcing someone else to vote for a particular candidate, as well as threats in any form for the expression of citizen opinion.

Each voter is issued to G. ballot, which listed the names and information about registered candidates to the Central Election Commission and there is a line "against all federal lists of candidates." It puts the voter opposite the surname of one of the candidate mark.

Voters vote in the polling stations, where they are included in the voter lists. If a citizen can not vote on election day at their polling station, it can get an absentee ballot from the Election Commission, in the lists which it is registered and to vote at the nearest polling station, where there will be a day G.

Counting of votes is carried out with 20 hours local time on the day of Mr. precinct election commissions.

Next, determination of election results is carried out by summing the votes received in the protocol on the results, respectively:

1) territorial election commissions;

2) the district election commissions;

3) the Central Election Commission. Each election commission is

protocol of G., who signed

commission members with a decisive vote and sent to the higher election commission.

Minutes on the results of G. provided for reference:

1) voters;

2) The registered candidates;

3) their agents;

4) authorized representatives of the registered candidates, political parties, electoral blocs;

5) monitors RF and foreign (international) observers;

6) representatives of the media.

As a result of the counting of votes in the federal constituency of the Russian Federation, the Central Election Commission makes the report on the distribution of seats in the federal electoral district, not later than 2 weeks after the date of G. announces to the media the final general election results.

General election results and data on the number of votes received by each registered federal lists of candidates, and the number of votes,

cast against all candidates against all federal lists of candidates must be officially published within 3 weeks from the date of G.
