CIVIL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

- codified legislative act regulating civil-law relations and being the main source of civil law.

GK RF provides a uniform legal settlement of property-value relations, personal non-property relations (Parts 1 and 2), hereditary relations, private international law (Part 3).

GK RF systematizes legislative acts that define:

1) the legal status of participants in civil traffic;

2) the grounds of origin and the procedure for exercising the right of ownership and other proprietary rights;

3) exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity;

4) contractual and other circumstances, as well as other property and related
