GREDESKUL NIKOLAY ANDREEVICH

Brief biography: lawyer and politician. He was a professor and dean of the Faculty of Law of Kharkov University. In 1905, Gredeskul worked as editor of the Kharkov newspaper Mir. In December 1905 he was arrested and exiled to the Arkhangelsk Province. In absentia he was elected to the State Duma, and he had the opportunity to return from

Arkhangelsk province. He is one of the founders of the Constitutional Democratic Party. After the dissolution of the Duma, Gredeskul took part in the development of the Vyborg uprising and served a three-month detention. After that he was a professor at the St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, collaborated with the newspaper "Rech", the journal "Russian Thought".
