AGREEMENT IN THE FIELD OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
- Obligation to carry out scientific and technical research for a fee.
Parties are performers and customers. Contractor may be Russian or a foreign natural or legal person, the customer - any organizations and citizens.
Subject of the contract - the result of scientific and technical research.
Price of the agreement established by the parties and is made up of the costs of artist and his remuneration.
The contract is made in writing and include estimates and schedule.
Contractor is obliged to carry out studies and has the right to engage third parties only with the consent of the customer.
Contractor is obliged to:
1) to perform the work in accordance with the customer's requirement;
2) on its own to eliminate the shortcomings;
3) inform the customer about the impossibility or otherwise of carrying out the works;
4) ensure the transmission of the results to the customer.
Duties of the customer:
1) to transmit the necessary information to the executor to carry out the work;
2) to accept the results of work performed and pay for them.
Contractor shall be liable to the customer for breach of contract and is liable for damages caused by defects in the work, within the total cost of the work.
