INTERNATIONAL CRIMES

1. MP General:

1) Crimes against peace:

a) planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression;

b) participation in any plan or conspiracy for the planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression;

2) War crimes - serious violations of the laws or customs of war:

a) A murder, torture and deportation of the civilian population of the occupied territories for forced labor, torture of prisoners of war or persons at sea;

b) taking civilians as hostages or killing them;

c) plunder of public or private property, as well as pointless destruction of cities and villages, devastation not justified by military necessity;

g) biological experiments;

e) depriving a prisoner of war or civil rights of a person to a normal existence, as well as forcing a prisoner of war or a civilian to serve in the armed forces of the enemy;

e) seizure of, destruction or willful destruction of places of worship, home, charity, education, the arts and sciences, historic monuments, artistic and scientific values;

3) crimes against humanity (murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhumane acts against the civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, torture, imprisonment, rape, terrorism);

2. MP special character:

1) slavery and slave trade, human trafficking and child;

2) forgery and sale of banknotes and securities;

3) trafficking in drugs;

4) unlawful seizure of aircraft, the violation of rules of international flights, piracy;

5) violation of the law on the continental shelf;

6) production and distribution of pornographic products;

7) Intentionally breaks and damage to submarine cables;

8) terrorism;

9) taking of hostages and others.
