CLOSING INDICTMENT

- a document that sets out and justifies the investigator's final decision on the formulation of the person's charge and the need to bring him to trial.

The conclusion of the conclusion is preceded by the recognition of the investigation as completed, familiarization of the accused, his counsel and other participants in the proceedings.

OZ consists of:

1) the narrative part, which sets out:

A) the nature of the matter;

B) the place and time of the crime, its methods, motives and consequences;

C) information about the victim;

D) evidence that confirms the existence of a crime;

E) mitigating and aggravating circumstances; F) the defendant's arguments in defense and the results of their verification;

2) the operative part, which contains information about the identity of the accused and the formulation of the charge against the article.

O. Z. signed by the investigator with an indication of the place and time of compilation. The Prosecutor has the right:

1) to approve OZ and to send the case to the court;

2) return the case for further investigation or discontinue it;

3) change O.Z.

O. Z. defines the limits of the trial, gives the accused an opportunity to learn the evidence of his guilt.
