SALARY

- A system of relations associated with establishing and providing employees compensation for their work in accordance with the laws, collective agreements, contracts, local regulations and labor contracts.

O. T must meet the requirements:

1) performed regularly, at least every two weeks, at a date fixed by the organization regulations, collective agreement or employment contract;

2) carried in money with legal tender on the territory of the State;

3) be carried out on a pre-established norms, ie, tariff rates;

4) OT should not be limited to a maximum size can not be less than the statutory minimum wage and the minimum subsistence level of the working man; 5) prohibits discrimination in the field of OT, ie, not allowed infringement of rights, unjustified granting of privileges in the field of OT, depending on gender, race, nationality, language, origin, property and official status, place of residence, attitude to religion, convictions, membership of public associations, and other grounds;

The basic system of state guarantees for the OT staff included:
