LEGAL CAPACITY

- The ability to have civil rights and obligations. Civic P. recognized in equal measure for all citizens regardless of gender, race, nationality and religion. P. citizen arises at the time of his birth and ends with death (ad deceased person by a court).

P. persists throughout life and is independent of age, gender, place of residence and nationality.

Content IP includes:

1) possession of the property on the right of ownership;

2) the right to inherit and bequeath property;

3) the right to engage in entrepreneurial or other activity not prohibited by law;

4) The right to legal persons;

5) the right to perform transactions not contrary to law, and participate in obligations;

6) the right to choose their place of residence;

7) the right to have the copyrights to works of science, literature, art, inventions and other results of intellectual activity;

8) the ability to have other property and non-property rights.

No one may be restricted in AP, except in cases and in the manner prescribed by law (criminal and administrative penalties - permitted by law capacity restrictions applied as a sanction for committing a crime or administrative offense).
