HOLIDAYS

- days off from work dedicated to outstanding events or memorable dates.

PD are established by law.

Holiday non-working days are:

1) 1 and 2 January - New Year;

2) January 7 - Christmas;

3) February 23 - Day of the Defender of the Fatherland;

4) March 8 - International Women's Day;

5) May 1 and 2 - the Holiday of Spring and Labor;

6) May 9 - Victory Day;

7) June 12 - Day of adoption of the Declaration on State Sovereignty of the Russian Federation;

8) November 7 - Day of Accord and Reconciliation;

9) December 12 - Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.

If the output is the same as the PD, the day off is postponed to the next business day after the holiday.

Work in PD is not allowed. Attraction of employees to work on weekends and PD is carried out with their written consent in the following cases:

1) to prevent an industrial accident, a disaster, eliminate the consequences of an industrial accident, a disaster or a natural disaster;

2) to prevent accidents, destruction or damage to property;

3) for the performance of unforeseen work, the urgent performance of which depends on the normal operation of the organization as a whole or its individual units.

Work in PD is paid in double size. At the request of the employee working in PD, he may be given another day of rest.
