Crimes against freedom, honor and dignity

-Public dangerous acts that infringe on the freedom and dignity of man and citizen.

The immediate victims of criminal attacks are the freedom, dignity and honor of a specific person.

Depending on the immediate object of the crime attacks can

divided into crime:

1) against freedom;

2) infringing upon the honor and dignity. The subject of crime is a natural

sane person who has reached 16 years, in some cases, 14 years.

The subjective aspect is characterized by deliberate fault, always with a direct intent.

Crimes can be classified into:

1) kidnapping;

2) unlawful deprivation of liberty;

3) Unlawful placement in a psychiatric hospital;

4) defamation;

5) insult.
