Conducting games and betting
- The contract between the participant-player and organizer of lotteries, betting and other games based on risk.

Unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties, the prize shall be paid within ten days from the date of summing up the outcome of the game.
In case of failure of the organizer of the games from them within the prescribed period, participants may request the reimbursement by the organizer incurred due to the cancellation of games or transfer their term real damage. In case of violation the organizer of the obligation to pay the winning party shall be entitled to demand payment of winnings and reimbursement of losses.
Not allowed insurance of illegal interests, losses from participation in games and betting. Types of games and betting:
1) generating a prize payment obligations that are not subject to judicial protection;
2) give rise to the obligation to pay winnings, which are subject to legal protection;
3) does not give rise to the obligation to pay winnings.
