TECHNICAL REGULATIONS

- Is used to:

1. protection of life and health of citizens and their property;
2. environmental protection;
3. prevent actions that mislead purchasers.

Not allowed the adoption of regulations for other purposes.

With TR according to the degree of risk of harm to provide:

1. radiation safety;
2. biosecurity;
3. explosion;
4. mechanical safety;
5. fire safety;
6. industrial safety;
7. thermal safety;
8. chemical safety;
9. electrical safety;

1. nuclear and radiation safety;
2. electromagnetic compatibility;

12) traceability.

TR requirements do not preclude the implementation of business activity.

TR should contain an exhaustive list of products, production processes, operation, storage, transportation, sale and utilization of technical regulation of the object and may contain rules and forms of conformity assessment, taking into account risk degree, deadlines of compliance evaluation for each object of technical regulation and requirements terminology, packaging, marking or labeling and the rules of their application.

Compulsory TR requirements are exhaustive and apply to the entire territory of the Russian Federation may be changed only by making changes and additions to the appropriate TR

TP is accepted by federal law, and the developer may be any person.

The developer is obliged at the request of the person concerned to provide him with a copy of the project TR for a fee not exceeding the cost of its manufacture.

Developer finalizes the project taking into account the comments received, carry out public discussion of the project and compile a list of the comments received interested parties with a brief summary of the content of the comments and the results of their discussion.

Examination of TR projects carried out by expert commissions on technical regulation. Meetings of the commissions are open.
