Summary

Designing organization, providing the establishment of cooperation between members of the organization, taking into account the work done by them, it is manifested in the form of a static structure of the organization and in the dynamic form as the processes in the organization.

Design organization is influenced by several groups of factors, the main ones are the external environment, working technology, strategic choices and behavior of employees.

Designing the organization reflects the division of labor and interdependence work. There are four types of interdependence work: folding, consistent, connected and group.
