ASSOCIATIONS (UNIONS) OF MUNICIPAL EDUCATION

Registered associations of municipal entities in the form of associations or unions to coordinate their activities, more effectively implement their rights and interests.

Powers of local authorities

Self-government are not transferred to A. and S. M. O.

A. and S. M. O. are created in the manner provided for non-profit organizations on a voluntary basis. Their registration is carried out by the bodies of justice of the subject of the Federation. The status and powers of A. and S. M. O. are determined by the constituent documents. They hold congresses, and in the period between congresses there are presidiums (bureaus, councils).

Types A. and S. M. O .:

1) associations of districts, cities, villages and towns on the scale of the republic, the region and the region;

2) unions nationwide;

3) the federal union.
