REFUGEES

- Are persons who are not citizens of the Russian Federation and which, owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable to enjoy the protection of that country or do not wish to use such protection owing to such fear; or, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such events, is unable or unwilling to return to it owing to such fear.

Regulatory framework that defines the grounds and procedure for recognition of B in the Russian Federation, which establishes economic, social and legal guarantees for the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of B in accordance with the Constitution, generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international treaties of the Russian Federation is the Federal Law "On Refugees ". 1) Application for recognition of B .;

2) a preliminary examination of the application;

3) the decision to grant a certificate of consideration of the petition on the merits or on the refusal to consider the application on its merits;

5) consideration of the petition on the merits;

6) The decision on the recognition of B or to refuse to recognize the B .;

1) services of an interpreter and receive information about their rights and responsibilities, as well as other information in accordance with the law;

4) receiving power and public utility services at the temporary accommodation center;

5) protection of the representatives of the territorial body of the federal executive authority responsible for internal affairs at the temporary accommodation center in order to ensure the safety of these persons;

6) the use of living accommodation provided in a manner determined by the Government of the Russian Federation, from the housing fund for a temporary accommodation.

10) social protection, including social security, on a par with Russian citizens, except in cases stipulated by the Russian legislation and international treaties of the Russian Federation;

11) use other rights stipulated by the Russian legislation and international treaties of the Russian Federation, as well as the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The person loses the status of B .: after obtaining a permanent residence permit in the territory of the Russian Federation or the acquisition of Russian citizenship; if again voluntarily availed protection of the country of his nationality; if deprived of nationality, he has voluntarily reacquired it; if you acquired the citizenship of a foreign state, and enjoys the protection of the country of his new nationality; if voluntarily re-established in the country, which has left or outside which limits remained owing to fear of persecution on
