CHARITY

- Voluntary activities of citizens and legal persons on the disinterested (gratuitous or on favorable terms) to citizens transfer or legal entities of property, including cash, unselfish performance of work,

provision of services and other support. Goals B. D .:

1) social support and protection of citizens, including the improvement of the material conditions of the poor, the social rehabilitation of the unemployed, the disabled and other persons who due to their physical or mental abilities or other circumstances can not independently realize their rights and legal interests;

2) preparation of the population to overcome the consequences of natural disasters, ecological, industrial and other catastrophes, to prevent accidents;

3) assistance to victims of natural disasters, ecological, industrial and other catastrophes, social, ethnic and religious conflicts, victims of repressions, refugees and internally displaced persons;

4) to promote peace, friendship and harmony among nations, prevention of social, national and religious conflicts;

5) to promote the prestige and role of the family in society;

6) To promote the protection of motherhood, childhood and fatherhood;

7) To promote activities in the field of education, science, culture, art, enlightenment, spiritual development of a person;

8) To promote activities in the field of prevention and health protection, as well as the promotion of healthy lifestyles, improving the moral and psychological state of the citizens;

9) To promote activities in the field of physical culture and sports;

10) the protection of the environment and animal welfare;

11) protection and proper maintenance of buildings,

sites and areas of historical, religious, cultural or environmental significance, and burial sites. Is B. D .:

1) sending money and other material resources, assistance in other forms of business organizations;

2) support for political parties, movements, groups and campaigns.

Citizens and legal entities shall be free to carry out BD on the basis of voluntariness and freedom of choice of its objectives.

Participants B. D .:

1) Charity - persons engaged in forms of BD: disinterested (gratuitous or on favorable terms) transfer of ownership of property, including cash and (or) objects of intellectual property; Disinterested (gratuitous or on favorable terms) vesting of ownership, use and disposal of any objects of property rights; Disinterested (gratuitous or on favorable terms) performance of works, provision of services philanthropists - legal entities;

2) volunteers - citizens carrying BD in the form of unpaid labor for the benefit of

beneficiaries, including the benefit of a charitable organization.

A charitable organization may pay volunteers the costs associated with them in the organization's activities (travel expenses, cost of transportation and other.);

3) beneficiaries - persons receiving charitable donations from philanthropists, volunteers help.
