VETO

- The right of the head of state did not agree with the law passed by Parliament, but has not entered into force.

The Head of State received the law for consideration may refuse to sign it and return to the secondary to parliament. Parliament can agree with the objections of the head of state, or to pass the law in the original version, or opt out of its adoption.

The Federal Assembly can overcome V., if not pick up at least 2/3 of the total votes of the deputies of the State Duma and Federation Council members. Confirmed so the law must be signed in the original version and made public by the President within 7 days.

The president can not return to the federal constitutional law.
