AIR TRANSPORTATION

A carrier can unilaterally terminate the contract if:

4) the passenger violated the rules of conduct on board the aircraft, which created a threat to the safety of the flight of the aircraft or a threat to the life or health of others.

A passenger may refuse a flight by notifying the carrier 24 hours prior to the dispatch of the aircraft and receiving the amount paid back for air transportation. If the passenger refused to fly later than the established time limit, he receives the amount paid for transportation with deduction of fees.
