TEMPORARY DISABILITY

-It is impossible for a citizen to perform his work for a short period of time for health reasons.

VN is certified by a sick-list or certificate. Employees are recognized by VN and in cases of need to care for a sick family member. In this case, they receive a benefit according to VN on the sick list. All working pensioners also have the right to such benefits.

VN entails the following consequences for the employee: he is paid an allowance, and with prolonged incapacity for work (more than 4 months in a row), he can be dismissed on the initiative of the administration.

Three reasons for VN:

1) labor injury or occupational disease. The amount of benefits in these cases is always 100% of earnings;

2) household trauma. The allowance is issued from the 6th day of V.N .;

3) a common disease. The amount of benefits depends on the duration of continuous work experience by the day of the disease.

With persistent disability, when the patient stops working or significantly changes working conditions, disability is established.
