WARRANTY AND COMPENSATION.

G. -

means, methods and conditions through which ensured the implementation of the rights granted to workers in the field of social and labor relations.

It is necessary to distinguish between guaranteeing payments and guarantee additional payments. It is envisaged that payments for time off work, and additional charges may occur if there is work, but with a decrease in earnings. Additional payments are made in cases where the employee can not by virtue of those or other reasons specified in the legislation, to fully implement their working function.

K. - cash payments, established for the purpose of reimbursement to employees related to the performance of their work or other responsibilities prescribed by federal law.

As G. are various guarantee payment and surcharges. currently

while the Labour Code provides for the following G .: the preservation of its employee at the place of work during maternity leave, annual leave.

In addition to general G. and K. provided by the Labour Code, employees are provided G. & C. in the following cases:

1) in the direction of official business;

2) when moving to work in another locality;

3) in the performance of state or public duties.

G. Data provided to employees:

1) Ensure the execution of state or public duties, elected to trade union bodies and the labor dispute commission elected to elected positions in state bodies or bodies of local self-government;

2) when combining work with training. G. Data provided to employees,

who have successfully trained: in universities, educational institutions offer vocational education,

initial vocational training, persons studying in educational institutions of the evening, as well as those coming to these

educational institutions;

1) at the forced termination of work through no fault of the employee;

2) the provision of paid annual leave;

3) in some cases, termination of the employment contract;

4) due to the delay caused by the employer issuing employment record at the dismissal of the employee;

5) in other cases stipulated by the TC and other federal laws.

In providing G. and K. appropriate payments are made by the employer. There are cases of payment by G. and K. bodies and organizations, in the interests of which the employee performed the state and public responsibilities (jury, donors, and others.). In this case, payments are made on the terms and conditions stipulated by the Labour Code, federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation.
