ACTION gestio

- Voluntary actions of one person for the benefit of others, without the latter no authority to commit them.

A person who acts in another's interest, is obliged to inform the person concerned and to wait for his decision on approval or disapproval of the actions. Not required posts, if the actions are performed in the presence of the person concerned.

If a person has committed acts that have led to unjust enrichment of another person, the purchaser is obliged to return the victim unjustly acquired or saved property. If you are unable to return in kind the unjustly received property purchaser must compensate the victim for the actual value of the property at the time of its acquisition or loss incurred by the victim.

When harming actions in another's interest to the person concerned or to third parties, he shall be compensated in full by the tortfeasor.
