DIVERNOU NIKOLAY LVOVICH

(1836-1906) - a famous Russian lawyer.

Short biography: was born in Moscow. He graduated from the course at the Faculty of Law of Moscow University. He wrote his doctoral thesis "The basic form of a correlative obligation." Moving to Novorossiysk University, he remained in Odessa until 1881, where he taught at the department of civil law in St. Petersburg.

The main works: "Readings on Civil Law", "Manual for Lectures on Civil Law".
