diplomatic law

- A set of international legal norms governing the activities of the state, its bodies and officials, which is aimed at protecting the rights and interests of the state, the rights and legitimate interests of its natural and legal persons, maintenance of the rule of law and the rule of law.

The establishment of diplomatic relations are consensual and involves the exchange of diplomatic missions, which are divided into:

1) Embassy - representation of the first, upper class, which is headed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary;

2) mission - led by the plenipotentiary envoy or chargé d'affaires.

By DP institutions include:

1) Institute of the establishment of diplomatic relations and their termination;

2) Institute for the beginning and end of the mission;

3) Institute classes diplomatic representatives, diplomats Review Institute;

4) The Institute functions of a diplomatic mission;

5) Institute of privileges and immunities, and others. The diplomatic mission begins after

an agreement between

States on the exchange of diplomatic missions, and ends:

1) on the initiative of the sending State or of a diplomatic agent;

2) on the initiative of the State, in the event that a diplomatic agent persona non grata (unwanted person) or a person inadmissible.

In general, the discontinuation of the diplomatic missions

provided that:

1) diplomatic relations between the countries severed or temporarily interrupted;

2) there was a state of war between the states;

3) in the receiving state takes place unconstitutional change of government and was no confirmation of readiness to maintain diplomatic relations with

the new government;

4) one of the two supported each other diplomatic relations between states will cease to exist and, merging with another, it forms a new subject of international law.

The functions of diplomatic missions:

1) representative of the state in the host country;

2) protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the state, its natural and legal persons on the territory of the host country of the representation;

3) negotiate with the host Government;

4) the collection of information relating to the host country, and dissemination of official information by lawful means;

5) promoting friendly relations between the sending State and the receiving State and the development of their relations in the fields of economy, culture and science.
