bona fide purchaser

-priobretatel, who acquired the property for value from another person that has no right to alienate it, as the purchaser did not know and could not know.

The owner is entitled to demand the property from the DP, if the property was lost by the owner or the person to whom the property was transferred to the owner of possession.

If property was acquired without compensation from a person who had no right to alienate it, the owner has the right to reclaim property in all cases.

Cash and bearer securities can not be recovered from a bona fide purchaser.

If DP acquired illegally imported from other countries cultural values, they shall be returned to the rightful owner with compensation DP, if the demand for their return presented to the States parties to the international agreement.

Return of Cultural Property shall be exempt from customs and other duties. All expenses for their return shall require the party.

A natural or legal person other than the owner of a cultural object, but honestly and openly possessing it as their own not less than 20 years, acquires ownership of this cultural value.

When recovery of property from unscrupulous owner of the owner is entitled to demand the return of or compensation for all income that the person has learned, or should be removed for the time of possession; refund or compensation of all revenues, which he learned or should have been extracted from the time when he knew or should have known about the illegality of possession or received a summons on the claim for the return of the owner of the property.

As a bona fide and mala fide owner is entitled to claim from the owner reimbursement of their expenses on the property from the time from which the owner owed income from property.

DP has the right to retain the improvements made to them, if they can be separated without damaging the property. If such a separation

improvements is impossible, DP is entitled to demand reimbursement of the costs to improve, but not more than the size increase the value of the property.
