Additional holidays.

D. Annual paid leave available to employees engaged in work with harmful and dangerous working conditions, workers with the special nature of the work, workers with irregular working hours, employees working in the Far North and equivalent areas, as well as in other cases, the federal law.

Organizations considering its operational and financial capacity may independently establish D. O. for workers, unless otherwise provided by federal law. The procedure and the conditions for granting them are determined by collective agreements or local regulations.

The total duration of the annual leave when the employee is entitled to a D. O., determined by adding the basic and D. O.

If the employee is entitled to a longer vacation from the extension of the main holiday or a few D. O., the D. O. need it to provide over a longer vacation:

1) Annual D. O. (paid) and employees engaged in work with harmful and dangerous working conditions: in underground mining operations in the profiles and careers in the areas of radioactive contamination in other jobs related to the unavoidable adverse effects on human health of hazardous physical, chemical, biological and other factors. Lists of productions, works, professions and positions, work in which entitles D. O. (paid) for work in harmful and dangerous working conditions, as well as the minimum duration of the leave and the conditions approved by the Government of the Russian Federation taking into account the opinion of the Russian trilateral commission on regulation of social and labor relations.

D. O. available simultaneously with the main annual holiday.

Failure to provide employees D. O. in connection with harmful or hazardous working conditions

2) to certain categories of employees whose work is connected with the peculiarities of the job, provided the annual O. D. (paid). The list of categories of workers, which establishes the annual O. D. (paid) for the special nature of the work, as well as the minimum duration of the leave and the conditions for granting are determined by the Russian Government;

3) workers with irregular working hours provided annually D. O., the duration of which is determined by the collective agreement or the internal regulations of the organization and which may not be less than three days;

4) the Russian legislation provides for the establishment of D. A. for an extended length of service in the following categories of workers:

a) federal public servants at the experience of the civil service;

b) the judges at the judges' work experience;

c) prosecutors at the prosecutor's length of service;

5) D. paid leave provided for multi-shift operation workers

of coal, oil shale, the mining industry, working on

construction and installation works in normal construction, operation maintenance, rail and road transport in sections and quarries, in the mountain-rescue units, metallurgical and

electricity industry - up to 4 days, in other sectors of shift work: for the evening shift for two years - 1 business day, but for a maximum of 3 working days for the night shift during the year - 1 business day.
