EMPLOYMENT OF CITIZENS

- this is the activities of citizens associated with the satisfaction of personal and social needs, not inconsistent with the legislation of the Russian Federation and bringing, as a rule, their earnings, labor income. Therefore, any activity of citizens, which is not contrary to the law, connected with the satisfaction of their personal and social needs and bringing in their earnings, is a legal employment.

In accordance with the Law "On Employment of the Population in the Russian Federation", citizens are considered as employed:

1) working under an employment contract, including those performing work for remuneration on a full or part-time basis, as well as having other paid work (service), including seasonal, temporary work, with the exception of public works (except for citizens for whom public works Are suitable work);

2) registered as individual entrepreneurs;

3) employed in subsidiary fisheries and

4) performing works under contracts of a civil-law nature, the subjects of which are the performance of works and the provision of services, including contracts concluded with individual entrepreneurs, copyright contracts, and also members of production cooperatives (artels);

5) elected, appointed or approved for a paid position;

6) passing military service, alternative civilian service, as well as service in internal affairs bodies, the State Fire Service, institutions and bodies of the penal system;

7) passing full-time courses in general education institutions, primary vocational, secondary professional and higher vocational education institutions and other educational institutions, including training in the direction of the federal public service ZG;

8) temporarily absent from the workplace in connection with disability, leave,

Retraining, upgrading of skills, suspension of production caused by a strike, calling for military training, involvement in activities related to training for military service (alternative civilian service), performance of other government duties or other valid reasons;

9) who are founders (participants) of organizations, with the exception of the founders (members) of public and religious organizations (associations), charitable and other funds, associations of legal entities (associations and unions) that do not have property rights with respect to these organizations.

Citizens have the exclusive right to dispose of their abilities for productive, creative work. Coercion to work in any form is not permitted, unless otherwise provided by law.

Citizens choose the type of suitable activity either independently or through the corresponding service of Z.
