CONTRACT RESPONSIBILITY

-

liability which arises from the violation of contractual obligations (late or non-performance). KO comes, if the debtor can prove that it was not his fault.

OA does not come with extraordinary and unavoidable events, social phenomena that forced the debtor's obligation to disturb or cause other extra-contractual damage which could not be prevented, not only that person, but also any other similar to them by the nature of the activities and conditions (force majeure) . The resulting losses are non-refundable.

If one of the parties to the contract does not comply with stipulated conditions, the other party may bring her to justice for non-contract terms and require examination of the case in due course.
