CONFISCATION

- Compulsory uncompensated seizure of the property of the convicted person in the state.

AK is used as a supplementary punishment for grave and especially grave crimes committed with mercenary motives, and in the commission of crimes, not the cause of material injury.

K. does not exclude compensation for material damage caused by the crime.
