CRIMINALISTIC PHOTOGRAPHY

- a method of obtaining maps that ensure the accuracy and objectivity of capturing and the ability to verify the consistency of information obtained with their help, real facts.

Modern photography allows you to shoot in the dark, fog, see what is not available to the human eye. To achieve the greatest illustrative effect of the course and result of the investigative action in forensic cinematography, various camera techniques are used: a static frame, panning, "hitting" and "leaving", moving the camera horizontally and vertically. Do not accept techniques that distort real reality.

Photography can be:

1) orienting - covers the place of the investigative action with the surrounding terrain. The picture should show the street, the buildings surrounding the house, where the incident took place, roads. Shooting is performed from remote points located above the surveyed plan;

2) survey - the survey of the place of the investigative action without the surrounding situation, in its original form, without changes that are made in the course of the investigative action. Shooting can be made from one or several points, from different sides with the most complete coverage of the fixed situation;

3) nodal - the shooting of individual sections of the scene of the investigative action, on which the attention of the participants of the investigative action is concentrated. The photographs are taken in such a way that they can be seen on the location of the fixed area in the place of the investigative action;

4) detailed - shooting of individual objects, their details, traces. The shooting is done on a large scale (using extension rings) and with a scale ruler in order to determine the actual size of the nature.

For the convenience of shooting, its objects can be removed from the place of detection. The situation of the place of investigative action, the peculiarities of the situation and the objects of photography, predetermine one or another method of photographing:

1) conventional shooting - shooting with common household appliances without special adaptations and special techniques;

2) panorama - shooting of extended plans that are not included in the frame of the device;

3) stereoscopic - shooting volumetric nature;

4) measuring - shooting with the scale of the image;

5) reproductive - shooting of flat objects;

6) identifier naya - podgrudnaya shooting arrested and convicted for criminal registration;

7) large-scale - shooting small objects and tracks.

The application of KF in the course of the investigation acquires evidentiary value provided that it is properly executed. The photographs attached to the protocol are pasted onto sheets of thick paper or thin cardboard and made out in the form of photo tables. Each photo is sealed with an impression of the seal of the investigative body with its partial application to the photograph and partly to the paper of the photo table, and each is followed by a serial number and a short explanatory inscription is made.

Photographs are attached to the negatives of the survey, which are placed in an envelope.
