LEGALITY

- the recognition of something that exists legally.

L. is the opposite of illegality-the prohibition. The Constitution prohibits the creation and activities of public organizations whose goals or actions are aimed at changing the constitutional system and undermining state security.

L. is used in many branches of law. There is a legal and illegal acquisition of property, crossing the border, fees from the population.

For illegal acts or acts, the person who committed them is liable.
