LNP, associated with property rights, includes copyrights, rights arising from the membership of citizens in cooperative and public organizations, family rights, certain basic rights enshrined and guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation.

L. N. P. are directed to:

A citizen at his own discretion uses his own LNP, which constitute the content of legal relations and are governed by the rules of law.

If LNP is an element of the legal relationship, then it is recognized as absolute, and in case of its violation - by a relative offense.

LNP's defense is not subject to limitation, except for cases provided for by law. Protection of their own LNP, which are not related to property, is of an independent nature.
