is providing free drugs, which have the right to:

1) participants in the Civil War and the Great Patriotic War;

2) parents and wives of servicemen who died as a result of injury, concussion or injury received while defending the country and the performance of other military duties or as a result of illness associated with a stay at the front. 4) Heroes of the Soviet Union, Heroes of the Russian Federation, full holders of the Order of Glory;

9) citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster;

10) workers and employees, as well as military personnel, persons of commanding and ordinary structure of law-enforcement bodies who have received occupational diseases related to exposure to radiation at work in the exclusion zone;

11) citizens evacuated (including those who left voluntarily) in 1986 from the exclusion zone, including the children, including the children, who at the time of the evacuation were in a state of fetal development;

The right to receive 50% discount when drugs leave for doctors' prescriptions are:

1) pensioners receiving pensions for old age, invalidity or survivors' benefits, the minimum amount;

2) working invalids of Group II, Group III with disabilities recognized as officially unemployed;

3) Citizens (including temporarily directed or sent), took in 1988-1990. participation in works on liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl disaster within the zone of alienation or occupied during this period of operation or other works on the Chernobyl atomic power station; soldiers and reservists, called on special gathering and involved during these years to perform work related to the liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophe, regardless of deployment location and perform the work, as well as persons and officers and other ranks of the Interior, held in 1988-1990, . service in the exclusion zone;

Privileged categories of citizens of the recipes are written:

1) on the drugs included in the minimum range of medicines required for medical care - physician alone state or municipal outpatient clinics at the place of residence of these citizens, or at their place of attachment for medical care;

2) for medicines not included in the minimum range, as well as narcotic, psychotropic,

potent means of special drugs (anti-tumor, anti-TB, anti-diabetic, immunosuppressants) - doctor on the basis of clinical decision-expert committee clinics or appropriate professional clinics or physicians relevant specialized medical institutions (clinics);

However, in some cases, related to the need of urgent medical care, prescription drugs and prescribing physician may unilaterally without prior agreement with the clinical expert commission clinics.
