INTERNATIONAL LAW

- A set of legal norms that are created by agreement States and intergovernmental organizations, and is an independent legal system, the subject of which are inter-state regulation and other international relations, as well as certain domestic

relations.

It is necessary to take into account the following features:

1) participation in the creation of standards, along with the states of some other entities;

2) unique ways to implement and enforce international legal norms by means of collective or individual actions of the states.

MP is regarded as a special legal system, which consists of the principles and norms governing inter-state relations between its subjects in order to:

1) peace and security;

2) implementation of cooperation in solving international economic, social, cultural and humanitarian problems;

3) promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and freedoms.

Development of MP corresponds to the laws of development of international relations, giving them an active influence.

Relations regulated

international law, the relationship between:

1) countries - bilateral and multilateral, have a special meaning and covering the international community of States as a whole;

2) States and international intergovernmental organizations -Contact membership of states in international organizations;

3) states and state-like entities with respect to the independent international status;

4) international intergovernmental organizations.

Currently, the role of MP is constantly increasing.
