Minimum wage

- Is guaranteed by the federal law the size of the monthly salary of the employee, completely spent working time norm in normal working conditions.

The minimum wage applies to wage regulation, as well as to determine the allowances for temporary disability payments to compensation for damage caused by injury, occupational disease or other damage to health associated with the performance of job duties.

If an employee is working in part-time - of the Labour Code does not guarantee that the monthly salary of the employee will not be below the minimum, as in this case the payment is made in proportion to the hours worked or according to productivity.

The minimum wage may not be lower than the subsistence level able-bodied person. The order and timing of the introduction of the minimum wage should be set by a special federal law.

MZ P. (minimum wage) is guaranteed by the Russian Constitution and established in accordance with federal law, and therefore the employer is not entitled to include in the minimum wage additional payments, bonuses and other incentive payments.

All kinds of bonuses, allowances, bonuses and other payments credited to the basic salary, the amount of which can not be lower than the minimum established by law.

These include:

1) surcharge for the combination of professions, positions, access to state secret;

2) bonuses and rewards, wearing a regular or periodic nature;

3) monthly or quarterly remuneration (allowances) for length of service, length of service;

4) compensation related to the mode of operation and working conditions; </ p>

5) payments due to regional regulation of wages;

6) co-payment for work in harmful and dangerous conditions and heavy work; 7) additional payment for work at night, on weekends and public holidays, overtime;

8) payment of the special breaks at work;

9) payment of concessional hours teenagers and other payments established by local regulations of the Company, or federal laws.

In the Russian Federation the labor and health of people, is set

a guaranteed minimum wage. Therefore, the minimum wage is the standard, the function of which is to ensure that the assumed liabilities by the state for the implementation of each employee of the right to adequate standard of living.

The best measure of the lower limit of the social standard of living of the population is considered to be a living wage - a valuation of the consumer basket, as well as mandatory payments and fees.

The minimum wage in Russia increased in stages up to the subsistence level. The ratio between the minimum wage and a living wage for the next fiscal year shall be determined by the federal law on the federal budget for the corresponding year.
