THE COMMITMENT OF JAVAK

- is one of the measures of procedural coercion. They are the written obligation of the person to appear on the summons of the inquirer, investigator, prosecutor or the court. In the event of a change of residence, the person must inform the official in charge of the criminal case. The person notifies the official about this by possible types of communication immediately upon the occurrence of these circumstances.
The person with respect to whom O. has been elected is explained the consequences of his violation, as indicated by a corresponding note. As a result of a breach of the obligation with respect to the person who violated it, a preventive measure or a pecuniary penalty may be imposed.
