EXECUTIVE AUTHORITY

- the system of bodies formed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the laws of the subject of the Russian Federation, exercising powers within their competence within the limits established by treaties on the delimitation of the subjects of jurisdiction of the RF and its subjects.

The OI IV system of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is part of the unified system of executive power of the Russian Federation and includes:

1) the head of the supreme executive body of state power of the subject of the Russian Federation;

2) the supreme executive body, which includes: the bodies that make up the apparatus of the head of administration; Administrations, committees, departments and administration services, which are in double subordination with the head of administration and relevant federal bodies; Territorial bodies of federal ministries and departments.

The head of the supreme executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation is also the head of the subject of the Russian Federation. The head of the executive power of a subject of the Russian Federation may be a Russian citizen who has a set of certain age, educational and other mandatory characteristics.

The highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with his competence is entitled:

Acts of the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation:

1) decrees, resolutions - are normative;

2) orders - are issued on specific issues.

The head of the subject of the Russian Federation may be removed from office for failure to perform his duties by the supreme legislative body

The corresponding subject of the Russian Federation, the President of the Russian Federation, the population of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation in the order of recall.

Supreme executive body

State power of a subject of the Russian Federation in accordance with its competence is entitled:

1) to carry out within the limits of their powers measures to implement, secure and protect the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, protect property and public order, combat crime;

2) ensure the execution of the budget of the constituent entity of the Federation and prepare a report on the execution of this budget;

3) to form other OI of the subject of the Russian Federation;

4) exercise other powers established by federal laws, the constitution (charter) and laws of the subject of the Russian Federation.

The supreme executive body of the state authority of the subject shall issue resolutions and other acts established by the laws of the relevant subject of the Russian Federation.
