MONTHLY BENEFIT FROM THE CHILD

- money paid monthly to one of the parents for each child before reaching the age of 16, the student - until the end of their education, but no more than until he reaches 18 years of age.

The pension is paid to families that have the average per capita income, which gives the right to receive this pension, and does not depend on receiving a pension for the loss of the breadwinner, social pensions, alimony and other social payments.

Monthly P. for a child is not paid to guardians and trustees who receive money in due course to support children under guardianship or guardianship.

The child is paid at the rate of 70% of the minimum wage, and his size increases:

1) 100% for children of single mothers;

2) 50% for children whose parents evade payment of alimony, or in cases,

P. for children of single mothers is appointed and paid in an increased amount:

2) with the adoption of a child by a woman who is not married, starting from the month in which she is recorded in the registry book as a mother;

3) in the transfer of children of a single mother to the care of a guardian or guardian due to the death of the mother, her illness and for other reasons.

P. for children of single mothers in an increased amount is not appointed and is not paid if the person from whom the child was born is recognized as the father of the child or if the child is adopted upon the mother's marriage.

Monthly PI is not appointed, and the payment of the previously assigned PI is suspended if:

1) the child is on full state support;

2) the child is under guardianship or tutelage and guardians or trustees receive money for its maintenance;

3) parents deprived of parental rights;

4) if a child under 18 years of age is declared fully capable.

A person who applied for a monthly supplement for a child, presents:

1) a written statement indicating the information on the family income and a certificate of the social protection body at the place of residence of the other parent about not receiving a monthly P. for the child;

2) a copy of the child's birth certificate;

3) a certificate from the place of residence of the child about his joint residence with the parent;

4) a certificate of study in a general educational institution of a child over 16 years of age;

5) documents confirming the income of the family for determining the average per capita income.

The appointment and payment of a monthly pension for a child is made at the place of application.

The payment is carried out from the month of birth of the child until the child is 16 years old, for the student of the educational institution - until the end of training, but no more than until he reaches the age of 18 years.
