THE RIGHT TO SELECT AND BE ELIGIBLE

Is fixed in art. 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, according to which every citizen of the Russian Federation has the right to participate in the administration of the affairs of the state both directly and through his representatives, as well as PI and BI to state authorities and local self-government bodies.
