THE RIGHT TO UNIFICATION.

The Constitution of the Russian Federation guarantees the right of citizens to unite and freely carry out the activities of public associations.

P. on O. citizens of the Russian Federation includes the right to create trade unions to protect the labor interests of citizens. It is not allowed to be forced to join any association or stay in it.

P. citizens on O. is composed of:

1) the right to create voluntary associations on a voluntary basis to protect common interests and achieve common goals;

2) the right to join existing public associations or refrain from joining them;

3) the right to leave the public associations without hindrance.

A public association is a voluntary, self-governing, non-profit formation created on the initiative of citizens united on the basis of a community

Interests for the realization of common goals, fixed in the charter of the public association.

Citizens can establish all forms of public associations without

Preliminary permission of state authorities and local self-government bodies, except for the creation of political parties for which a special procedure for establishing (registration) is established.

Public associations can be registered with public authorities, in which case they acquire the status of a legal entity.

Organizational and legal forms

Public associations are allocated depending on the order of entry of citizens into the public association and its purposes. Forms of public associations:

1) public organization - a public association based on membership, created on the basis of joint activities to protect common interests and achieve the statutory goals of the united citizens;

2) a social movement - consisting of participants and a mass public association that does not have membership, pursuing

Social, political and other socially useful goals, supported by the participants of the social movement;

3) public fund - one of the types of non-profit funds, based on the participation of a non-membership public association, whose purpose is to form property on the basis of voluntary contributions, other receipts not prohibited by law, and use of this property for socially useful purposes;

4) public institution - a non-membership public association whose purpose is to provide a specific type of services that meet the interests of participants and correspond to the statutory goals of the said association;

5) the body of public initiative is a non-membership public association whose purpose is to jointly solve various social problems that arise at the citizens' place of residence, work or study, aimed at meeting the needs of an unlimited circle of persons whose interests are related to the attainment of statutory goals and the implementation of programs The body of public initiative at the place of its creation;

6) political party - a membership-based public association,

Pursuing the political goals of influencing the political situation in the country.
