LEGAL SYSTEM

- a set of internally coordinated, interrelated, socially uniform legal means through which the state authorities have a regulatory and organizing and stabilizing effect on public relations, the behavior of people and their associations.

In each PS, you can distinguish your systems and subsystems, nodes and blocks. At the same time, the elements included in the PS are not the same in their meaning, content, legal nature, specific gravity within the framework of an integral PS, independence, the degree of influence on other components,

PS is part of the general social system. In the modern world there is a great variety of different PS, each of which is distinguished by some peculiarities. For example, the Russian PS is organized on a federal basis, in other words, each republic, as well as in another constituent entity of the Russian Federation, has its own

A separate PS, which must necessarily be coordinated with the federal government.

The elements acting at the level of the legal system are:

1) current legal norms and the system of sources of law;

2) features of legal awareness and legal culture, legal concepts, legal science and legal ideology, legal policy;

3) the system of legal relations, the state of law and order and the rule of law;

4) legal practice;

5) legal equipment.

Due to the large variety of PS species in the modern world, they are classified according to various criteria. However, there are different approaches to the issue of their classification. However, at the present time, with the classification of modern PS, they are based collectively on the following three criteria:

1) ethno-geographical;

2) technical and legal;

3) religious and ethical.
