RIGHT BEHAVIOR.

People's behavior can be legitimate, wrongful and legally indifferent. There are two types of PP: legal and illegal, the essence of which consists in following the requirements of a legal norm or its violation.

The main variety PP - the behavior is legitimate, since the vast majority of citizens and organizations in the field of law operate in this way.

PP is a socially useful version of the behavior of subjects of law that meets the requirements of legal norms, acceptable and guaranteed by the state.

The features of PP are:

1) social significance (benefits) - are actions that are adequate to the way of life, useful, and sometimes necessary for the normal functioning of society, thanks to him, freedom is provided, the legitimate interests of the individual are protected;

2) compliance with legal requirements;

3) control of consciousness and free

The will of a person;

4) PP is carried out within the framework of state influence. From a sociopolitical point of view, PP is always desirable and admissible, and therefore a guaranteed and protected state. PP is supported by the state. The legislation establishes a number of guarantees that ensure the implementation of the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, their associations and collectives. The state aims to expand the real possibilities for citizens to use their creative powers, abilities and talents. Recognition of the lawful behavior at the same time means the possibility of protecting it from the state authorities;

5) PP gives rise to certain legal consequences. With P. P. all the various legal consequences are associated, except for the unfavorable;

6) PP has a characteristic characterizing its subjective side, which is made up of motives and goals, the degree of awareness of the possible consequences of an act and the internal attitude of the individual towards them. Motives reflect not only the direction (whether or not the rule of law violates), but also the nature, degree of activity,

Independence and intensity of behavior in the course of implementation. The subjective side indicates the level of the legal culture of the individual, the extent of the person's responsibility, and his relation to social and legal values.

The social role of PP is high. It represents that most effective realization of the law, which is protected by the state. Through PP, the ordering of social relations necessary for a normal

Functioning and development of society, a stable rule of law is ensured. PP is the most important factor in solving the problems facing the society. However, the social role of PP is not limited to the satisfaction of public needs.

When evaluating the PP, it becomes clear:

1) knowledge of legal norms by participants in public relations;

2) the attitude to legal requirements;

3) motives for lawful actions.

In addressing the issue of the type and extent of legal consequences, the entire composition of lawful action is taken into account: the object, the objective side, the subject, the subjective side.
