PENSION FOR OLDER

- funds that are paid monthly to citizens upon reaching the relevant retirement age and with a certain length of service.

The legal facts of obtaining a labor pension for old age include: the achievement of retirement age, the existence of an insurance period and the will of the insured person, expressed in writing.

For the establishment of P. for old age requires a total length of service of 20 years for women at the age of 55 years and 25 years - for men who have reached the age of 60 years. If there is a total length of service for 5 years or more, P. may be established for old age with incomplete work experience.

For the acquisition of the right to a labor pension for old age, you must have an insurance period of at least 5 years.

Distinguished P. in old age on general grounds, on preferential terms, in connection with special working conditions, with work at the Extreme

North and in the localities, equivalent to such areas.

The pension on privileged grounds is assigned to: mothers of many children, disabled mothers from childhood, war invalids, blind, midgets and disproportionate dwarfs.

Women who have given birth to five or more children and brought up to eight years old, mothers disabled since childhood, the pension is established after reaching 50 years and with a total work experience of at least 15 years.

Citizens who have reached retirement age and continue working activity, have the right to apply for the appointment of P. for old age in the period of work.

To disabled people of the Great Patriotic War and disabled people, equated to them, citizens who became disabled as a result of contusions, injuries and wounds, the pension is established: for men - at the age of 55 with a total labor service of 25 years; Women - after reaching 50 years with a total work experience of 20 years.

The Ivalides of Group I for the eyesight of P. for old age are established: men - after reaching 50 years and with a total work experience of 15 years and women - after reaching 40 years and with a total

10 years of service.

Citizens who are sick with pituitary namism (Lilliputians) and disproportional dwarfs are entitled to a pension: men - at the age of 45 and with a total of 20 years of service, women - at the age of 40 and with a total work experience of at least 15 years.

Citizens assigned to work for at least 10 years for men and 7 years for 6 months for women in underground work, work with hazardous working conditions and in hot shops, are appointed: men - at the age of 50 with a total work experience of 20 years, women - 45 years old with a total work experience of 15 years.

P. in old age is calculated:

1) on the basis of the average earnings of applying for old age in the amount of 55% of earnings, but not more than 75% of earnings;

2) on the basis of the average earnings in the country, taking into account the individual coefficient of the pensioner.

A minimum pension is established, which is increased by one percent for each full year of total length of service, in excess of the required pension, but not more than 20%.

To P. in old age the following

Allowances:

1) non-working pensioners for disabled family members who are dependent on the pensioner;

2) to care for a pensioner if he is an invalid of the first group, or has reached the age of 80, or needs constant care for the conclusion of a medical institution.
