CRIMES IN THE SPHERE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

The objective side of the majority of political parties in S.E.D. is characterized by the commission of active actions or inaction.
An obligatory sign is the presence of socially dangerous consequences. Crimes are considered to have ended since the onset of the consequences.
The subjective side is characterized only by intentional guilt with a direct intent. Some crimes can be committed with two forms of guilt.
Subjects are the physical sane persons who reached the age of 16 by the time the crime was committed. In some formulations of crimes, the subject is special: officials of state authorities and local self-government, heads and organizations, individual entrepreneurs.

1) on the principle of freedom of economic activity;
2) on the principle of carrying out economic activities on legal grounds;
3) on the principle of fair competition among economic operators;
4) on the principle of integrity of economic operators;
5) on the principle of prohibiting obviously criminal behavior in economic activity.
