CRIMES AGAINST INTEREST OF SERVICE IN COMMERCIAL AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

- socially dangerous acts, the responsibility for which is provided by Ch. 23 of the Criminal Code.

The specific object of these crimes is the normal and lawful functioning of commercial and other (non-commercial) organizations.

Additional objects are the public relations protecting the property right and interests of the person.

The objective side of crimes consists in various forms of criminal violation of the normal activities of commercial and other organizations.

An obligatory condition is the infliction of substantial harm to the rights and legitimate interests of citizens or organizations or to the interests of society or the state protected by law.

The subjective side of crime

Is characterized only by intentional guilt. Subjects of crimes can be:

1) persons performing administrative functions in a commercial or other organization;

2) private notaries and private auditors;

3) heads and employees of private security or detective services.
