Crimes against persons

-prestupnye acts against life and health of citizens, freedoms, honor and dignity of the individual, constitutional rights and freedoms, family and minors.

P. n. L. is divided into types depending on the subject.

1. Crimes against life and health:

a) murder;

b) killing the mother of a newborn baby;

c) murder committed in the heat of passion;

The subjective aspect is characterized by the direct or indirect intent or negligence.

2. Crimes against freedom, honor and dignity of the individual:

a) kidnapping;

b) the unlawful deprivation of liberty;

c) trafficking in human beings;

g) slander and insult;

e) Unlawful placement in a psychiatric hospital.

Property crimes - human and civil rights to freedom and dignity.

The objective side is characterized by the intentional deprivation of liberty, humiliation of honor and dignity.

The subject of the crime - the physical responsible person who has attained the age of 16 years.

The subjective aspect is characterized by deliberate fault.

3. Crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity:

a) rape and sexual assault;

b) sexual abuse.

Objects crimes - sexual freedom and sexual inviolability of the person.

The objective side is characterized by the commission of sexual acts.

The subject of the crime - a sane individual who has reached: in the commission of the crimes of the utmost gravity -Age 14 years, in other cases - 16 years of age.

4. Crimes against the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen:

a) violation of privacy;

b) violation of the secrecy of correspondence, telephone conversations, postal and other communications;

c) trespassing;

d) violation of safety rules;

d) non-payment of wages;

e) violation of copyright and related rights. Property crimes - the constitutional human and civil rights.

5. Crimes against the family and minors.

Property crimes - public relations, ensuring the normal functioning of the family and juvenile development.

The objective side is characterized by selfish purposes.

The subject of the crime - the physical responsible person who has attained the age of 18 years.

The subjective aspect is characterized by deliberate fault of selfish reasons.
