TRANSFER TO ANOTHER JOB

- changing the labor function of an employee by profession, qualification and position or changing the material terms of the employment contract. P. is:

1) a means of redistribution of labor both within the organization and between organizations;

2) the grounds for termination of the employment contract;

3) guarantee of the right to work, which is manifested in employment by the persons who are to be dismissed;

4) a means of labor protection in the case of P. for health reasons;
